1. Overview

At Delisioso, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (such as food items, if applicable)
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank, as processing time may vary

6. Exchanges

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us first for return instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
